Common questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Open Doci, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doci → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Where are my documents stored?
On your device. Doci doesn't upload your scans or files to our servers.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
