Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Doci: PDF Scan & Convert ("Doci", "the app"), developed by Oussama Naser ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Doci you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Doci on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Doci is free to download and use. Saving and exporting edited files requires a Doci Premium subscription:

• Monthly: $3.99 per month
• Yearly: $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers

Prices are in USD and may vary by country; the App Store shows the final price in your local currency before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

3. Your content

You own everything you scan, create, or edit in Doci. Your files are stored on your device, and you are responsible for backing them up. You agree to only process documents you have the right to use, and not to use Doci for anything illegal, including forging signatures or documents.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app, or attempt to bypass its subscription features.

5. Accuracy

Features like OCR, file conversion, and text editing are provided for convenience and may not be perfectly accurate. Always review important documents before relying on or sending them.

6. Disclaimer

Doci is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or documents, arising from your use of Doci. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using Doci at any time by deleting it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Doci after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
