Terms of Use

By downloading or using iStorage, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

iStorage provides tools that help you review photos, videos, contacts, device storage, and supported email accounts. Results are recommendations and estimates. You remain responsible for deciding what to delete, compress, merge, archive, or unsubscribe from.

2. Review and backups

Review every selection before confirming a change. Maintain appropriate device or cloud backups. Recently Deleted, Gmail Trash, contact merging, compression, and third-party recovery behavior are controlled by Apple, Google, or other providers and recovery is not guaranteed.

3. Storage estimates

Storage sizes, recoverable-space estimates, cleanup timing, and time-saved estimates may differ from actual results. iStorage cannot increase the physical capacity of your device, and iOS controls when deleted space becomes available.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Prices, trial eligibility, billing periods, and renewal terms are displayed by Apple before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple Account settings. A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable entitlement for the current app and available premium features; it does not guarantee perpetual operation of third-party services.

5. Third-party services

Apple, Google, GitHub, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. Features that depend on them may change, become unavailable, or require renewed authorization. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate the rights of others or applicable law.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every feature will be available in every region, on every device, or indefinitely.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, iStorage is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, exact storage recovery, or fitness for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of media, contacts, messages, subscriptions, or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Apple terms

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.
